Hand me the website. I'll look after it from here.
For businesses that would rather not carry the website and the risk around it alone. I take both off your hands, and I stay, so someone always picks up the phone.
I'm Tim. By day I work in cybersecurity: 7 years building security software for large organizations, and more than 100 small businesses, nonprofits, and schools helped personally. Most people start with Site Care Plus for the site they already have, or the Site Audit to find out where they stand. Both work whatever your site runs on.

Start anywhere on the ladder.
Each step takes a little more off your hands, and I stay with you whichever one you choose. Plenty of people stop at the first.

Site Care Plus: a security engineer in your corner, for $200 a month.
You hand me the website, and I look after it every month with real, hands-on time, for as long as you want me. WordPress, Squarespace, something a nephew built in 2016. It doesn't matter.
Most people who hire me for this don't have a problem yet. They're just tired of being the only person responsible for the website. On a site I built, it replaces the $75/mo upkeep: upkeep plus “Edit it through me” comes to the same $200/mo.
Every month, on your site
$200/mo, month to month, cancel by email
Support and content updates
Up to one hour a month of changes, fixes, and “can you just look at this.” You email me. I do it.
Security, backups, and recovery
Updates applied and watched, backups checked rather than assumed, and recovery help where your hosting allows.
Speed and images
Performance reviewed and tuned, with images optimized where the platform supports it.
Mobile checks
The site keeps working on phones and tablets, where most of your visitors already are.
Basic search upkeep
The site kept clean and easy for search engines to read. Not a ranking campaign; that's Search, below.
Compliance and analytics
Tracking, and the disclosures that go with it, kept accurate as the site changes.
The first month opens with a full review of your site, with written recommendations. Past the included hour it's $100 an hour, and I tell you before the meter starts.
Staying on WordPress is fine. A site that needs more than upkeep can start with interim hardening, a 90-day bridge for $750, and if you rebuild with me within 12 months, that fee or up to 3 months of care fees comes off the rebuild.
Nonprofits and schools: Ongoing Website Care is $75/mo, with one hour of my time and $50 an hour after that. Start nonprofit care
The Site Audit: find out exactly where your site stands.
I take the guessing about your site off your plate, and I stay to talk you through what I find. $495, credited in full toward a build or a care plan if you continue within 90 days. A report in 5 business days, then the 45-minute walkthrough.
No account and no sales call first. You pay, fill in a short intake, and I get to work.
- A plain-English report, ranked the way you'd work through it: fix now, fix soon, fine as is.
- Rough costs beside each fix, whether I'd be the one doing it or not.
- A straight answer on whether a Nothing-to-Hack rebuild makes sense, or whether you should stay put for now.
- A 45-minute walkthrough a few days later, so you can argue with it and ask what any of it means.
It doesn't fix anything, clean up an active compromise, or try to break in; it's an inspection. The free call is a glance from the street. The audit is me, inside, with a flashlight. If no one has ever looked at your site, start with the call.

Here is how one school put it.
“Great communication, in-depth knowledge, and incredible recommendations.”1

Search: easier to find, and described correctly.
I take search off your list: I make your site clear and easy for search engines and AI assistants to read, keep your facts consistent everywhere, and stay on it month to month if you want me to. Nobody can honestly promise rankings or AI mentions, so I write down where you stand before anything changes.
Every site I build has the basics done right already. The setup is the active work, and it works on WordPress too:
- Research. 10 to 20 searches your customers really type, and a look at three local competitors.
- On-page. Titles, descriptions, headings, and internal links rewritten around those searches.
- Structured data, so search engines and AI assistants read your facts instead of guessing them.
- Local listings. Google, Bing, and Apple set up properly, with your name, address, and phone matching everywhere.
- An llms.txt file, if you want one. It's new and cheap to add, and nobody yet knows whether it helps. I'll say so plainly.
- A baseline. Where you rank today, and how AI assistants describe you, written down before anything changes.
Search Growth is for businesses where search really drives the work: a one-page report each month, one improvement (a new page, a rewrite, a fuller FAQ), Google Business Profile upkeep, and fixes for anything Search Console flags. If a month goes by with nothing worth improving, I'll tell you to pause it.

An expert on call, not just for the website.
I take the whole setup off your mind, and I stay on call for it. Some clients don't want a project. They want a number to call when something looks wrong, and someone who already knows how their setup fits together.
The retainer starts at $750/mo, with a written review of the site, the domain, the email, and the accounts around them every quarter. It's priced above my $100 hourly rate on purpose: you're buying the response time and the standing review as much as the hours. It isn't a promise that nothing will go wrong. It's a promise that I'm looking, and that you can reach me.
Some jobs aren't websites at all: an internal tool, some automation, a form that has to talk to something you already run. I've spent my career writing software, so I take these on when the fit is right and scope each one on its own.
Start with a phone call.
Thirty minutes, free. Tell me what's been bothering you about the website. I'll tell you which step makes sense, even if it's the free one, and I'll still be here after.
Warmly,
